Terms and Conditions

A deposit of $100 is required to reserve your trip. The remaining balance will be paid at the beginning of your guided trip.

• Cancellations made 15 days or more will allow for a full deposit refund.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less will result in your deposit being forfeited. You may use your deposit to schedule a trip in the future. 
• No-show trips or day of cancellations are non-refundable.
• Guided fly fishing trips will proceed regardless of weather conditions; however, River Hill Farms reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unsafe conditions or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel your trip, your deposit will be applied to a future date that is mutually acceptable.
